Deanship Office
The Deanship office supervises the management and administration of administrative tasks, and reports directly
to the Dean of Information Technology, the Director of the Dean's Office receives the auditors from the faculty,
staff, students and representative's companies and external governmental and private entities.
The office is entrusted with many tasks of a technical nature and the administrative tasks that are questioned
by the nature of the work of the Deanship.
Deanship Office Tasks:
- Receiving incoming transactions and letters to the Dean, and explaining them in accordance
with the instructions, rules, and regulations.
- Preparing letters, circulars, administrative decisions, and advertisements in accordance with the instructions
and directives of the Dean.
- Organizing and archiving the files, transactions, and correspondences of the office to ensure their proper
use now and in the future to preserve the memory of the Deanship.
- Organizing the Dean’s meetings, coordinating between members, sending invitations and following up
on preparing the minutes of meetings and work sessions.
- Submitting observations, proposals, and visualization for the development of work within the deanship
in general, and the deanship's office in particular.
- Participation in the temporary and permanent committees that are within the Deanship, according to
the necessity of work.
