Development and Quality Unit
The Development and Quality Unit is concerned with the preparation and development of measurement and evaluation tools for assessment and drawing processes institutional, administrative and deanship accreditation plans and policies. In addition, this unit consults to improve quality and future foresight at the level of departments and units of the Deanship. This unit is entrusted with the following tasks:
Responsibility
- Spreading the culture of quality in the Deanship.
- Cooperating with different departments and units to meet the requirements of total quality.
- Seeking to form work teams specialized in the application of total quality in the Deanship.
- Work to improve and develop quality procedures and models.
- Carrying out monitoring and internal auditing of all departments and units to ensure that they apply comprehensive quality standards.
- Periodic review of the quality management system and ensure the effectiveness of its application.
- Participate in the development of work methods and performance measurement standards for all jobs in the Deanship.
- Participate in preparing and updating the job description for all the jobs of the Deanship.
- Preparing, implementing and following up the internal audit plan and programs for the quality system in the Deanship.
- Supporting and encouraging creativity and excellence, and developing the spirit of competition in the Deanship.
- Conducting the necessary studies for self-assessment of the performance of the Deanship.
- Preparing and developing emergency and crisis recovery plans.
- Develop future strategic plans for quality management in the Deanship, and follow up on the necessary procedures to achieve this.
- Preparing periodic reports and statistics on performance levels, beneficiary satisfaction, management activities and achievements and proposals to develop the work and submit them to the Dean.
- Preparing job performance evaluation for the staff of the Deanship.
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans in the Deanship.
